SSEC SPORT DAY POSTPONED FOR LATER DATE

The Confirmation of the the church sport day is being cancelled come into effect by the Sport chairman, the chief reason is related to the bad weather we continiously expriencing, which the condition of the Vaturara playing ground is not condusive for us to enjoy the game. However the Chair person affirms, the games is just postponed for another suitable and a friendly weather day, that will be discuss and comfirm by the Committee. at the mean time team members are asked to do their trainning and exercises towards the upcoming sport events.

SUNDAY 13 FATHERS DAY

This sundays service is so special to the fellowship, as this day mark the Fathers day, The church was remainded of the great need of labours for the Kingdom of God as the message is echo by Osly Ramo, the reading was taken from Matthew 9:35-37 - 35. Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37, Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. This call for labourer needs the availblities of Christains, despised what so ever short falls in life, the Good lords does not count on our failures , as contrast to the worldly recruitment, which needs, CV, recommendation, of the past records, as the criterio might not allowed some one to be given the opportunity to perform the Prescribed Job, the servant of the Lord revealed that our Labour will be reward at the end of day, by our Good Lord as he concluded the mesagge. It is also a joy to see the Sunday school kids with the expresions on the baloons which they salute the Fathers, by giving them the balloons, not only that, but the childrens also express words to aleast appreciates what the Fathers has continuely rendered unto the Families. and they sing 2 items a dedication songs to the Fathers. its indeed a heart felt moments as seen by the little ones have appreciated the Fathers, as they concluded by saying 'HAPPY FATHERS DAY. Words cannot be express, for the many roles that the fathers have been playing in the homes, the Mothers of the fellowship, represented by Hilda Foasi, haven given their present, a lovely fathers day cake To pastor Peter as he smile on when he received the cake, its is indeed shows the love and the support the mothers has for the fathers, as the young people have a heart felt for the fathers. i just like to let the Fathers know, as sons and daugters, we seen nothing important in our life without you our parents. above this the role and the profound impact father have in our lifes is not only a less known one but is also much deeper and more cherished than we all assume. Having a father to guide and of course lean on shows children the need for strength, courage and of course compassion at the right time. We pray our good Lord will give our Fathers, wisdom that they could admisnisters their roles as intended by our Creator. The fellowship was ended with feasting, as on the table was really decorated with many blessings of food, as the mothers do the saving . its indeed a wonderful moments, especially enjoying the Gods family.

UPCOMING SPORT DAY

Helo Everyone, For the planned upcomming Sport day of our Fellowship, propose for 19/09/09, The sport committee would like to ask leaders of the cell group to collect names of cell memebers and submitted it to the sport committe. As it is announced on Sunday (6/09/09) we will not playing by cell group, but our teams will be randomly mixed, For further information please do not hesitate to contact the sport committe chairman our Deacon Mr Titus, and do check the blog for details us we go along. SSEC SEMESTER 2 2009 OPENING PRAYER

Yesterday Sunday 2 August, our Fellowship resume its normal program after the long holiday, it is indeed a great time in meeting together by worship and Praising God. Pastor Peter was empraise each and everyone in his welcome note, its indeed a time with God and his People, as brother Kellison taking the worship Leading. Just to write a few point of the Message Shared by Pastor Peter, The message is appropriate and timing. The theme of his message is Fire, the Purpose of the sermon is to set the church on course for this second semester, that the Christian believers to be strong in the Lord, as he said the step of the righteous man is ordain by God, thou he fall he shall not be cast out, as the Lord used his servant and strongly said even we go through tough times we will move on with our God. The message from the servant of the Lord also emphasis on the issue related to our character, that is through the difficulties, hard times, sickness, by this experienced is best for ministering.as there are different applications of Fire, which one can see in the Book of Ezekiel 1:4 , Hebrews , the Consuming fire, 1 peter, there for the fire of adversity test us of our trust In God. Fire can prove the geniuness of our faith, as Paul did at Malta. The scripture reading for the sermon is 1 Corinthians 3: 12-13 , "12 Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work. " He pointed out from the scripture that the Foundation is already laid by Jesus Christ, the question to ask is what are we building with , Gold, silver or precious stones which it can be withstand the fire or we are building with wood, hay and straw. What are we going to do with semester 2, if we are on Gods side we can walk on in every situation? He said God is the God of Principles, and therefore we have to follow the Principle of the word of God. Apply it in our situation, God is the Master Builder he spend time with human being. After that other things fall into place of the creation. Heb 3:4: " 4 for every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God"God builds a glorious church and a covenant families. Eph 2: 19 -22 " 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God's household,20having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone,21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord,22in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit. "it is very import that we are involve in the Habitation of the Lord, we accommodates his Spirit in our heartsTherefore God builds according to his Patterns and principles, to used it in out life it is from the Word of God. Finally, the Pastor encourage the young youth to be those of the Good character, as looking for one who has the quality is rare that can make a home suitable for the Household and the Presence Of God the Word of God.

INDEPENDENCE FOOD PREPARATION

This notice goes to each and every one of the church members, that we are asked to prepare the food for, the indepence celebration on this coming tuesday (7/7/09). Our the work will be done during Monday night. Please make all effort to come to Nakauvandra, where we can arrange for what each group could do .
